The new RMIT Connect portal went live last week, transforming the student experience by delivering enhanced functionality including:
- Mobile responsiveness: Students can find answers or request support while on the move, using their smartphone or tablet device
- Less bounce (sounds a bit like a sports bra to me, but I am guessing it is a technical term): Students can now access myCommunity and ITS Service & Support from 31 January and Timetabling enquiry forms from 6 February via the portal, and staff can request support on behalf of a student
- Guest user: People without a student or staff number can now register as a guest and use the portal
- Enquiry tracker: Students and guests can track the status of their request, provide additional information or upload attachments from the portal.
